About Joel:

I am a SW Washington native. My wife, Susan, and I reside near Ridgefield, WA. We have 10 children and 24 grandchildren.

I have been involved in Real estate nearly all my life. I bought my first house when I was 20 years old. We have purchased many different many types of property including: bare land, houses, duplexes, apartment buildings, and timberland. We continue to own and manage several rentals.

In my spare time, I enjoy snow skiing and long hunting trips in the Rocky Mountains. I also like to spend time remodeling houses.
