Dan grew up in a small town in eastern Washington. He has lived and raised his kids over the last 20 plus years in the Great Northwest. He loves everything about the area, from boating, hunting, skiing, and riding dirt bikes to just sitting by a campfire with family and friends. Dan hopes to make another friend with you.

Angie will work closely with your Mortgage Specialist to ensure their pre-approval is done in a timely manner. Your clients will then hear from us, to go over their loan options.  Angie also plays a key role in running our online lead generation department.

Janice will fine tune your pre-approved file and will email you a list of any additional information or documentation that will be required for submission to processing for review by the underwriter.  **Any delays in sending this documentation could delay the loan process. ** Once in contract, Janice will send out disclosures on all purchase transactions.  Feel free to ask her any questions you may have on the initial disclosures, requested documentation or the loan process. All documentation can be emailed or faxed directly to her or sent back with your signed disclosures. You can also drop this information off at our office.
